Refund Policy

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.

You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

If you purchase an annual subscription, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase provided that:

• The request is made within 14 days; and
• No significant abuse of the Service has occurred.

Refund requests after this period will generally not be granted except where required by law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

If a significant technical issue prevents you from reasonably using the Service, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
